Semper Development, on behalf of Anchor Bank, has submitted an application for approval of a Amendment to a Planned Unit Development (PUD), Project Design Review for 2 commercial structures, a concurrent preliminary and final plat for replatting of commercial property, a preliminary plat for 3 residential lots, site plan review, request to vacate and relocate Elm Lane to redevelop the existing Anchor Bank site at 1055 Wayzata Boulevard E and 2 residential lots at 141 Central Avenue N and 155 Central Avenue N.
The proposed new development would include a new 4,012 square foot Anchor Bank building with drive-thru at the northeast corner of the site, a new 14,500 square foot Walgreens store with drive-thru, a relocated Elm Lane, and 3 new single family detached residential lots.
