Provident Real Estate and Whitten and Associates have submitted a development application requesting approval of a Design Standards Review and a Shoreland Conditional Use Permit, and a Conditional Use Permit for Building Height to redevelop the existing single family residence to a new 3 story mixed use residential building. The building will contain 8 units of owner-occupied residential condominiums and 1,550 square foot office space. Parking will be on the lower level under the building.
