  1. Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners

    Since 1979, IOCP has been making an impact in 8 west suburban Hennepin communities. IOCP provides both emergency and long-term solutions around food and clothing, housing, employment, child care, transportation, and connections to other resources. Learning and service opportunities engage individuals, businesses, schools, faith communities, civic groups, health systems, and foundations. Together, IOCP and its partners create opportunities for all to thrive.

  2. Senior Community Services

    The mission of Senior Community Services is to develop, coordinate and provide services that help meet the needs of older adults and support their caregivers.

  3. Sojourner

    Sojourner’s Mission is to provide safe shelter for women and children as well as advocacy and education for individuals and communities victimized by domestic violence.

  4. Teens Alone

    Teens Alone provides free counseling, crisis referral and youth homelessness prevention for young people (ages 12-21) and families in Eden Prairie, Hopkins, St. Louis Park and Wayzata school districts. Their counselors will meet at home, at school, or at their office in downtown Hopkins.

  5. Wheels for Wishes

    Wheels For Wishes is a car donation program benefiting Make-A-Wish® Minnesota. We are proud to offer a free and easy way to recycle or donate unwanted cars, trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, RVs, or even boats, by turning them into a wish for a local child.

  6. Vehicles for Veterans

    Vehicles For Veterans is a 501(c)(3) vehicle donation program benefiting disabled veterans. Your car donation helps benefit disabled veterans throughout the United States. The proceeds from your donation help to fund programs that provide services offered to veterans in need of assistance and support.
