Mill Street Parking Ramp Update

On July 5th, the City Council directed project architects, HGA, to move forward with Design Development and Construction Documents for the Mill Street Parking Ramp. The current plans call for a 396-stall ramp with one deck above the surface level. The City is hopeful construction will start in late-Fall and be completed by Summer 2017.
Construction of the ramp will be a significant inconvenience to businesses and residents in the area of Broadway and Lake Streets during this Winter and next Spring. The City is working on a draft parking mitigation plan this summer and will hold public informational meetings to communicate construction updates as well as take feedback from local stakeholders. Please check the City’s website for updates at or call City Hall at 952-404-5300.
