Project Description

Proposed demolition of the existing building on the site and construction of an seven-unit townhome development. 

The Development Application includes the following requests:

  • Planned Unit Development (PUD) General Plan
  • Lot Combination (also called a Plat or Subdivision)
  • Rezoning to PUD Zoning District
  • Design Review
  • Shoreland Impact Plan/Conditional Use Permit

The PUD Concept Plan was approved by the City Council on August 20, 2019. The applicant will now apply for a PUD General Plan which will have more detailed plans on the project and will need City Council approval as well.
