Planned Unit Development (PUD) General Plan
Lot Combination (also called a Plat or Subdivision)
Rezoning to PUD Zoning District
Shoreland Impact Plan/Conditional Use Permit
The PUD Concept Plan was approved by the City Council on August 20, 2019. The applicant will now apply for a PUD General Plan which will have more detailed plans on the project and will need City Council approval as well.
