A development application has been submitted for a new single-family residence at 900 Shady Lane East. The proposed project requires a side-yard setback variance, Shoreland setback variance, and a Conditional Use Permit to locate a portion of the structure in the Flood Fringe District. This property received similar approvals for a single-family residence in 2019, but that project was never constructed. The proposed residence includes an updated layout and design.
