A development application has been submitted from the applicant EFN Wayzata Properties, LLC for a variance to place over 150 square feet of total sign area at 16100 Wayzata Boulevard. The sign area would include the existing pylon signs on the site and the proposed signs on the exterior façade of the building. The current site is under construction to update the exterior façade.
