Moments of Wayzata - 163 Wayzata Blvd W

Project Description

An application for a new memory care facility at 163 Wayzata Blvd W will be submitted soon. Though the City has not received a new submission yet, the applicant is holding a neighborhood meeting on February 5, 2024 at City Hall, from 5:30-7:00pm. The invitation to that meeting with additional information is attached below.

In 2021, a development application was submitted from the applicant TMSC of Wayzata, LLC for a renovation of and addition to an existing building for a senior living and memory care facility. The proposed plans also show a reconfiguration of the parking lot. The proposed plans require a Planned Unit Development Amendment and Design Review. This site is formerly operated as Meridian Manor and the proposed project is called Moments of Wayzata.

The Development Application included the following requests and was approved by the City Council on October 19, 2021, but was not brought forward to construction, even after receiving an extension of approvals in 2022.
