A Caribou Cabin/Urban Wok to replace the vacant gas station building at 1022 Wayzata Blvd E. Applicant Reprise Design is proposing a one-story building with a drive-through for the Caribou.
The development project includes the following requests:
Conditional Use Permit for drive-through restaurant use
Lot Combination with the adjacent vacant parcel to the south
Rezoning and Comprehensive Plan Amendment to zone the vacant lot for commercial use
