The development project includes the following requests:
Lot Combination with the adjacent vacant parcel to the south
Rezoning and Comprehensive Plan Amendment to zone the vacant lot for commercial use (C-3 / Mixed-Use Commercial/Residential)
A previous application by the same ownership group to combine both lots, demolish the gas station, and replace it with an Urban Wok/Caribou Cabin with drive-through was denied by the City Council at their April 19 meeting.
