Project Description

Restaurant Baja Haus has applied to create a yearly patio in front of their portion of the Village Shoppes. The previous patio was permitted under the City's pandemic relief policy.  

The development project includes the following requests: 

  • Conditional Use Permit for outdoor sales and service 
  • Variance to reduce parking requirements for the Village Shoppes by four parking spaces 

City Review Dates

  • Planning Commission Public Hearing - Monday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m. 
  • Planning Commission Consent Agenda - Monday, August 1 at 6:30 p.m.
  • City Council - anticipated in late August or early September
