Developer and owner Black Dog Homes has submitted a proposal to subdivide the property at 1030 Lake St E into two lots for single family homes. The western home would be built by Black Dog Homes after subdivision approval, and the eastern would be custom designed for future owners. The existing home and garage would be demolished. The City Council approved this application at their July 18, 2023 meeting.

Previous Application
This is a new application for this property. A previously proposed subdivision of the property into three lots was denied by the City Council in early 2023.
