Owners Mike and Julie Speetzen, along with applicant's representative Outdoor Perfection, have submitted a development application to replace and expand their rear yard patio. The City Council approved the application at their August 8 meeting.

- The Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend approval of the application.
- Planning Commission (consent agenda) - Monday, July 17, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
- City Council - Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
- The City Council voted 5-0 to approve the application.
