Owner Cindy Warnert has submitted a development application to add an attached garage with additional living space to their existing home. They also propose to remove a current detached garage on the property and make improvements to their driveway.
The development project includes the following requests:
Impervious surface variance from 35% to 38.7%
Parking area setback variance from 10' to 2.4'
