Property owner CWE is proposing to subdivide the existing office complex at 1903/1905/1907 Wayzata Blvd for the purpose of selling one building separately from the other two. No physical changes are proposed.
The development project includes the following requests:
- Subdivision (Preliminary and Final Plat)
- Planned Unit Development Amendment
- Shared Parking Conditional Use Permit
