With a month of construction under our belts, the Lake Street improvement project, which includes phase one of Panoway on Wayzata Bay, is well underway. The project team continues to work in a phased approach to remove existing street signs, streetlights and pavement from Lake Street and begin construction of underground utilities.

Lake Street is currently closed in both directions to motorists between Minnetonka Avenue and Broadway Avenue. Eastbound Lake Street will continue to be closed to motorists from Ferndale Road to Barry Avenue. Westbound Lake Street remains open to motorists in this area.
