Public Works UpdateSkating Rinks Will Open Soon! The Parks Department has begun preparing the City’s ice rinks for use over the winter months, however the timing of recent snow events and the Christmas holiday has presented a challenge for staff during the past week. The Parks Department will continue to prepare Klapprich field and Margaret Circle Park for public use in the coming weeks. Staff will post signs to stay off the ice until the rinks are officially opened. We know you are eager to use the rinks but, the more time our staff has to properly prepare the rinks for public use, the better the quality of the ice will be. Thank you in advance for your patience.
