All Public Meetings Have Returned to In-Person at City HallDue to expiration of the State of Emergency on July 1 by Gov. Tim Walz, the City is now complying with the Open Meeting Law in which in-person public meetings will resume. This means the public is invited back to City Hall, if they feel comfortable doing so, to attend and/or give public comment.
A remote option will still be available. The remote details can be found in the same location as before within the calendar posting or meeting agenda on Wayzata.org. The City is working to implement and install upgrades to the Council Chambers to create a permanent and smooth hybrid meeting option. In the meantime, please note that the remote option in place is temporary and will be improved greatly when the new equipment is installed.
