Energy Tip of the WeekTo help you keep energy bills low and stay comfortable in the cooler weather, we’re sharing a new energy-saving tip each week in October.
Energy Tip of the Week: Avoid Energy Vampires Electronics can be vampires by using electricity even when turned off. Common energy vampires are TVs, cable boxes, and computer and phone chargers. For regularly used electronics like your TV, use a power strip to easily turn them off when not in use, and for less used electronics, simply unplug when not in use.
