Sign Up to Volunteer for Pull It DayGet to know your neighbors while volunteering! On October 19, the Wayzata Public Works Department needs your help getting City gardens ready for winter. The morning will kickoff at the Panoway Plaza with check-in and refreshments. From there, volunteers will be dispersed to gardens in groups. This is a family-friendly volunteering opportunity! Sign up as a family, a group of neighbors, as a couple or on your own! This will be the perfect setting to meet other generous residents and participate in the nurturing of Wayzata’s greenspace. Volunteers are needed from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Visit wayzata.org/volunteer to sign up. City Showcase on Monday, October 7This event, also known as Public Safety Day, will take place outside at Wayzata City Hall from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on October 7. Join us for fire demonstrations, a bounce house, hot dogs, face painting, K9 demonstrations, and Touch - a - Truck including fire trucks, squad cars, and public works equipment.
