$800K in Grants Help to Fund City Services                   

Over the last three years, the City has been awarded 18 grants and has received over $800,000 in funding for services and initiatives like: 

• Ash tree treatments and removals
• K9 police program support
• Full-time traffic safety officer
• Environmental restoration projects
• Sustainability planning project
• Bell Courts reconstruction
• Section Foreman House construction documents

These grant funds have provided the City with financial resources to improve the quality of life in Wayzata by allocating funds toward public safety, environmental sustainability, Wayzata’s tree canopy, and more.
