600 Rice St E - City Hall
A proposed seven foot tall fence located in the rear parking lot at the Wayzata City Hall, 600 Rice St E. The fence would be located around a number of the parking stalls in the parking lot for safety reasons for the Police vehicles. There would also be a mechanical gate that would allow access to the parking stalls. This fence height requires a Conditional Use Permit to construct.

555 Bushaway Road - Subdivision
Proposed subdivision at 555 Bushaway Road. There are currently four separate parcels in this area that will be combined into two parcels. The future use of these parcels is proposed to hold two single-family residences, one on each lot. The homes would have a driveway entrance onto Bushaway Road.

220 Grove Lane East - Trappers Cabin
An application has been submitted for a Heritage Preservation Site Designation for the Trappers Cabin at 220 Grove Lane East. A Heritage Preservation Site Designation is reserved for areas, places, buildings, structures, districts, or objects that have significant historic status. Therefore, the designation of the Trappers Cabin will be considered by the Planning Commission on specific criteria on its historic value and importance.

314 & 322 Broadway Ave N - Subdivision
A development application was submitted for a proposed lot subdivision at 314 and 322 Broadway Avenue North. The subdivision would readjust the lot line between the two properties to add approximately 18 linear feet from 314 Broadway Ave N to 322 Broadway Ave N. This lot line adjustment would create two conforming lots.

A development application has been submitted for a proposed subdivision at 522 & 530 Harrington Road. These two parcels are under the same ownership and are proposed to be combined to create one parcel. The proposed plan is to construct a new single-family residence on the combined lot. The existing structures will be demolished and/or moved to a different site. This request requires a preliminary and final plat approval.
